Gluru is the smartest to do list available that helps you identify your tasks while suggesting the answers. It’s perfect for busy people as its the same as having your own personal assistant! Gluru uses unique AI to identify your important tasks and predicts your most likely action (soon predicting the content or answers).

You can either use Gluru as the best to do list on the market or super power it by connecting your main email account and/or calendar to identify your tasks. Please note, this is currently only available for Gmail and Office 365 school and work accounts. Gluru is Secure & Free.

To do lists and task managers haven’t changed much since they were conceived. We all have busy lives and understand that your time is precious. Therefore, Gluru is a smart to do list that aims to save you time by identifying the tasks in your productivity apps, while helping you answer them.

Gluru is useful for busy people that like to save time, stay focussed and remain organized. In other words, for people that deal with huge amounts of information and need to know where to focus and what to do next. Examples of such people include, but are not limited to, sales people, accountants or HR reps. However, Gluru is equally as useful to just use at home - it’s up to you!

- Suggested - All of the tasks within your emails are automatically identified using Gluru’s unique AI. Easily schedule, save or dismiss them.
- Schedule - Simple overview of what you need to focus on in your day, from calls to meetings to tasks.
- Create Tasks - Gluru makes it easy for you to quickly create & track new tasks which have not been identified in your productivity apps.
- Take smart actions - Once tasks are created, it’s easy to follow them up with smart actions. With one tap you can reply to an email, make a call, and more all through Gluru. Very soon we will also be adding predicted answers, allowing you to take actions or to use the content that Gluru’s AI predicts, to help you complete your tasks and let you know what to do next. In this way Gluru can predict and help you to automate certain repetitive tasks while also helping you to complete your workflow.

Language support:
Currently, Gluru is only optimized for English. However, other languages are coming very soon.
